Short, and worth reading once. Using accracasinoguide.com means accepting what is set out below.

1. What this site is

Accra Casino Guide is an independent publisher covering licensed gambling operators in Ghana. It is not a bookmaker, not a casino and not an agent for either. No bet can be placed here, no account can be opened here and no money is ever paid to this site by a reader.

Everything on it is information. Acting on it is your decision, made with your own money.

2. Age

The legal position is 18+ throughout Ghana, and this site is for adults only. Do not use it if you are under eighteen, and do not use it to place bets on behalf of anyone who is.

3. Accuracy, and what wins when there is a conflict

Every operator figure here was read from that operator's own material on a stated date. Promotions, limits, payment methods and terms change without notice, and a page cannot know that it has.

So the operator's current terms take precedence over anything published here, always and without exception. Where a figure on this site and a figure on the bookmaker's site disagree, the bookmaker's is the one your money is subject to, and we would like to hear about it at desk@accracasinoguide.com so the record can be corrected.

Where an operator publishes nothing, this site says so rather than filling the gap. A gap named is not an error; an invented figure would be.

4. Nothing here is advice

This site publishes no selections, no tips and no predictions, and it does not tell anyone what to bet on. Nothing on it is financial advice, and no page is a recommendation to gamble.

Betting costs money on average. It is not income, not an investment and not a way to recover a loss, and no wording on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.

This site is written to the advertising rules of the Gaming Commission of Ghana, which forbid the following in material about a licensed operator.

  • any suggestion of an assured win, a sure bet or guaranteed profit
  • celebrities or influencers endorsing an operator
  • a character shown as wealthy, or any implication that betting brings success or income
  • cartoon characters, children's music or anything styled for a young audience
  • unsubstantiated comparative claims about a competing bookmaker

If you find copy on this site that breaks any of those, it is a defect and we want to know. The guidelines are published by the regulator itself: the advertising guidelines.

5. How this site is paid for

Some links pay a commission when a reader opens an account with an operator. That is disclosed on every page carrying one, and it is the entire commercial arrangement.

Getting paid carries 34 of the 100 points in the published model and offers and terms carries 20. Commission carries none of them.

No operator can buy a position, an inclusion or a better score, and no operator sees a page before it is published. The model is set out in full on how we score, which exists so the claim can be checked rather than believed.

6. Links away from here

Links to bookmakers, to the regulator and to other sources leave this site. What they publish, offer or require is theirs, and their terms and privacy policies apply from the moment you arrive.

Gambling law is national. If betting is restricted or unlawful where you are, do not use these links. Checking that is your responsibility, not the publisher's.

7. Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher accepts no liability for money lost gambling, for a decision taken on the basis of anything published here, or for an operator's conduct, offer terms, refusal to pay or withdrawal from the market.

Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Content and trade marks

The writing, the model and the arrangement of this site belong to the publisher. Republishing a page wholesale is not permitted. Quoting a figure or a passage with a link back to the page it came from is, and is welcome.

Operator names, logos and product names belong to their owners and are used here to describe and compare those products. Their use implies no endorsement in either direction.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms can change, and the current version is the one on this page. The date at the foot of every page is the day this version was published.

Ghanaian law governs this site and these terms.
